We have owned La Métairie Haute for the last 15 years. Our children and grandchildren have been regular visitors and have beautiful memories of the estate. Now they are all growing up and we are growing older, so we have decided to sell.
The property comprises the main house, a gite, (Le Figuier), a heated swimming pool and la grange (the barn). The grounds of the estate extend to just under 10 hectares (about 25 acres) and comprise woodlands, fields and, around the pool, an informal garden.
